Refund & Cancellation Policy

The 30-day window

A purchaser may request cancellation within 30 calendar days of the initial purchase date. A request for a refund must be submitted within that same 30-calendar-day period. Requests submitted after 30 calendar days are not eligible for a refund.

Proof of good-faith implementation

Refund eligibility requires reasonable documentary proof that the purchaser made a good-faith effort to perform and implement the business recommendations provided through the applicable coaching program.

• Completed action plans
• Implementation records
• Meeting notes
• Completed assignments
• Reports or screenshots
• Other reasonable evidence showing the recommendations were attempted

How to submit a request

Send your written cancellation or refund request, together with supporting proof, to support@blgrowth.app. Beyond Limits LLC will review the submitted documentation in good faith and may request reasonable clarification necessary to verify implementation.

What cancellation does

Cancellation ends future access and services according to the applicable Coaching Agreement or Software Terms.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
