We collect the information you choose to provide — such as your name, email address and company details when you contact us, book a strategy call or create a client workspace account. Client workspaces also store the content your team enters, such as Alignment Sessions, commitments, issues, Success Indicators and Ownership Map seats.
How we use information
Information is used to respond to inquiries, deliver coaching and platform services, operate and secure client accounts, and improve the site. We do not sell personal information.
Client data separation
Each client company has its own account. Company data is kept separate so one client company cannot access another client company’s workspace content.
Service providers
We use third-party providers for hosting, authentication, scheduling and email delivery. These providers process information on our behalf in order to operate the service.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing support@blgrowth.app.
